IX. Pod modro goro / Under the Blue Mountain

Montenegro, 2019

Pod modro goro (I.-IV.)

:

Skozi prepleteni labirint ločja: spokojen

obraz vode: spi, potopljen pod modro

goro. Kot sen: oddaljen otroški spomin

ali ribiški čoln, mreže vlečejo vanj: otok

s kamnito trdnjavo. Kruši se pod vzleti ptic.

:

Ne trkajo na prepišna vrata: ne vstopajo:

so že tam: notri: drevesa s krivimi vejami,

grčami. Nikogaršnje povabilo: zapolniti

razpoko pozabljenega prostorja, zagrniti

odstrto okno. Preden otok potone na dno.

:

Kamnito nadaljevanje obalne čeri: oster vrh

čaplje: tiha vaja v negibnosti. Enako siv:

dim: zastane v oblaku pred obrazom

z raskavo apnenčasto kožo. Ob oknu

v mračni kuhinji: starka: sedi na valujoči postelji.

:

Stoletne hiše: slonijo na hribu: škrbaste:

kot možje ob steklenem vrču. Po stopničastih

vrzelih: črni, stopljeni koraki: vino: izvira

pod kamnitimi oboki: obrvmi, ki visijo

nad grmom: zeleno roko, ki meša.

Under the Blue Mountain (I.-IV.)

:

Through the intertwined labyrinth of rush: a peaceful

face of water: sleeps, sunk under the blue

mountain. As a dream: a distant child memory

or a fishing boat, nets are pulled into: an island

with the stone fortress. It crumbles under the birds taking off.

:

They do not knock on the draughty door: do not enter:

they are already there: inside: trees with the curved branches

and gnarls. Nobody’s invitation: to fill in

a crack of forgotten space, to draw an uncovered

window. Before the island sinks to the bottom.

:

A stony continuation of a coastal reef: the sharp top

of the heron: silent exercise in stillness. The same grey:

a smoke: stops in the cloud in front of the face

with a rough limy skin. At the window in the dim

kitchen: old woman: is sitting on the rippling bed.

:

Hundred years old houses: lean on the hill: gap-toothed:

as men around the glassy jug. Over the graduated

gaps: black, melted steps: a wine: springs

under the stony arches: the eyebrows hanging

above the bush: a green hand stirring.
